ILOILO SP, NAGA-UPOD SA RESOLUTION SANG AKLAN SP BATOK SA BIDA


Nagpasar sang resolution ang 13th Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Iloilo nga nagasuporta sa resolution sang Sangguniang Panlalawigan sang Aklan nga nagapamatok sa naaprubahan nga hagna sa kongreso nga nagatuga sang Boracay Island Development Authority (BIDA).

Ginpahayag ni 2nd District Board Member June Mondejar nga base sa dokumento nga ila nabaton gikan sa Aklan SP nga ang hagna nga nagatuga sang BIDA may main function nga magdumala, gin-create agud nga magdumala, agud mag-improve kag mag-rehabilitate ukon padalaganon ang operation sa Boracay nga ginapamatukan sang mga local goverment unit sa Aklan, ilabi na sa munisipalidad sang Malay, kag sang tatlo ka barangay nga nakasakop diri.

Ginhangop sini nga indi luyag sang mga local government unit sa Aklan, ilabi na sang Municipality of Malay kag Sangguniang Panlalawigan nga ang Boracay Island iga-manage, iga-improve kag iga-operate sang BIDA.

Nagapati ang taga-Aklan nga yara man sila nga makasarang magdumalasa Boracay Island kag indi na kinahanglan nga magpasad pa sang BIDA para diri kag madula ang ila  pagpoder kon otoridad sa pagdumala kon ihatag ini sa BIDA.

Ginarason sa resolution nga maayo man ang pagdumala sang Aklan sa isla sang Boracay, madamo man ang turista nga nagsulod kag maayo man ang operation sang ila pagpadalagan sini.

Luyag lang sang Aklan nga ihatag sa ila ang local autonomy kag kon ano man suhestyon sang national government ila pamatian apang dapat indi lang sila pagpasilabtan ukon kwaon sa ila ang poder sa pagdumala.

Nahibaluan nga ang Resolution No. 2021-1425 sang Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Aklan may tigulo "A Resolution Reiterating in the Stongest Possible Terms the Continuing Objection of the People of Aklan to House Bill No. 9826 Creating a Boracay Island Development Authority (BIDA) in Contravention of the 1987 Philippine Constitution and the Local Government Code of 1991 and Earnestly Imploring and Appealing to the August Senators of the Republic of the Philippines for Their Utmost Understanding of, and to Give Due Consideration to, the Sentiments and Plight of the Aklanons, the Local Government Units of Malay, Aklan, and the Province of Aklan."

Ginkasugtan kag gin-aprubahan sang 13th Iloilo SP ang resolution nga may tigulo "A Resolution Vehemently Opposing the Creation of Boracay Island Development Authority (BIDA) and Strongly Supporting Resolution No. 2021-1425 sang Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Aklan."
