Ginduso ni 4th District Board Member Rolando Distura bilang sponsor ang resolution nga may tigulo "A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL RODERICK AUGUSTUS B. ALBA AS THE NEW REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF REGIONAL OFFICE 7 - CENTRAL VISAYAS"kag nangin co-sponsor ang tanan nga katapo sang 14th SP.

Nabun-ag sadtong Agosto 31, 1970 si PBGEN. Roderick Augustus Balaran Alba kag nagdaku sa Brgy. Capuling, Dueñas , Iloilo. Bugal siya sang iya ginikanan nga sanday anay Ramon Vallejo Alba Jr., (Retired Airforce) kag Mrs. Perla Balaran Alba nga retirado nga High School Teacher sang of Dueñas General Comprehensive High School.

Gradwado siya sa Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) "Tagapagpatupad" Class of 1992 kag nangin Officer- in- Charge sang Negros Police Provincial Office (NOCPPO) kag Deputy Director for Administration sang Philippine National Police Information Technology Management Service (ITMS).

Nangin director man sadto sang Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO), kag Chief sang Regional Operations and Plans Division sang Police Regional Office (PRO) 6; kag nadesignar bilang Chief kag spokesperson sang Philippine National Police (PNP) Public Information Office sadtong tuig 2021.

Gin-ppoint si Alba bilang bag-o nga Regional Director sang Police Regional Office 7 - Central Visayas sang nagligad nga Oktubre 12, 2022.

Gin-adbokasiya sini ang Connectivity, Critical Thinking, Capability Enhancement and Cleansing in Community and Service - Oriented Policing (4Cs in CSOP) sa iya nga liderato.
