Gin-aprubahan na sa 3rd and Final Reading sa 33rd Regular Session sang 14th Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Iloilo ang Provincial Ordinance No. 2023-291.

Nahibaluan nga ang Provincial Ordinance No. 2023-291 may tigulo "AN ORDINANCE MANDATING THE IDENTIFICATION, DATA COLLECTION, AND REPORTING OF TOURISM AREAS, TOURISM ENTERPRISES, AND CULTURAL HERITAGE AND PROPERTIES TO ALL MUNICIPAL AND CITY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS (LGUS) IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR".

Ang author kag sponsor sang proposed provincial ordinance amo si 5th District Board Member Binky April Tupas, co-author si 3rd District Board Member Jason Gonzales kag co-sponsor sanday Vice Governor Christine "Tingting" Garin, 3rd District Board Member Jason Gonzales, 1st District Board Member Marcelo Valentine Serag, 2nd District Board Member Rolito Cajilig, kag 4th District Board Member Rolando Distura.
