PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 2023-293 UKON ANG “ILOILO FARM TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION ACT OF 2023”, APRUBADO NA SA THIRD AND FINAL READING

Gin-aprubahan na sa Third and Final Reading sa 36th Regular Session sang 14th Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Iloilo ang Provincial Ordinance No. 2023-293.

Nahibaluan nga ang Provincial Ordinance No. 2023-293 may tigulo “An Ordinance Providing for the Development and Promotion of Farm Tourism in the Province of Iloilo and Appropriating Funds Therefor”.

Pagatawgon ini bilang “ILOILO FARM TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION ACT OF 2023”.

Katuyuan sini nga maduso sang Iloilo Provincial Government (IPG) ang general welfare sang mga pumuluyo sang probinsya sa pagganyat, sa pagpatin-ad, kag pagduso sang farm tourism.

May pagatukuron nga Farm Tourism Development Committee nga magabulig sa accreditation sang farm tourism camps, paagi sini hatagan sang financial

assistance nga One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) sa kada accredited institution sa probinsya, santu sa mga probisyon sang Republic Act No. 10816, ukon ang “Farm Tourism Development Act of 2016”.
