14TH SP, GINADAYAW ANG ICTMO SA PAGDAUG SANG DIGITAL GOVERNANCE AWARDS 2022 BUSINESS EMPOWERMENT (G2B) PROVINCIAL LEVEL CATEGORY

Gin-aprubahan unanimously sang mga katapo sang 14th Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Iloilo nga nagtambong sa 38th Regular Session ang ginduso nga resolution ni 3rd District Board Member Jason Gonzales.

Nahibaluan nga ang resolution may tigulo "A Resolution Commending the Iloilo Information Communication Technology Management Office (ICTMO) for Winning the Digital Governance Awards 2022 Business Empowerment (G2B) Provincial Level Category Conferred by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT)".

Nakabaton sang pinasahi nga pagkilala ang Probinsya sang Iloilo tungod nangin kampiyon sa ginhiwat nga Digital Governance Awards 2022 Business Empowerment (G2B) nga gin-award sang Department of Information and Communications Technology nga ginbaton ni ICTMO Chief Salvacion Sibonga sa ginhiwat nga awarding Ceremony sadtong Marso 30, 2023 sa National Museum of Natural History sa Metro Manila.

Ang ginpasakop sang probinsya, gin-develop sang ICTMO, amo ang Provincial Government Environment and Natural Resources Office Permit Tracking System (PGENRO-PTS) nga isa document management, tracking kag archiving system nga nagatugot sa naga-usar nga mag-upload, mag-usoy, magpangita, kag maghunos sang ila application para sa quarry permits.

Ang sistema nagpatigayon sang madasig kag episyente nga ebalwasyon kag pag-aprubar sang quarry permits nga daku ang buhin sa tion sang pagproseso nga sadto kapin sa tatlo ka bulan apang karon yara na lang sa lima tubtob onse ka adlaw bangud sa sini nga permit tracking system.

Dugang sa sini nga permit tracking system award, ang Probinsya sang Iloilo nakabaton na sang duha ka Digital Governance Awards, sa idalom sang liderato ni Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr., nga amo ang Iloilo's Reverse Isolation and Contact Tracing Application (RIsCTrap) bilang Best in COVID-19 Pandemic Response Award in 2020 kag ang Provincial Civil Defense Referral System (ProCID Cares) nga nagpasanyog sa referral system sang mga provincial district hospital sadtong tuig 2021.
