"COMPREHENSIVE SOLO PARENTS ORDINANCE OF THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO", APRUBADO NA SA THIRD AND FINAL READING SANG 14TH SP

Gin-aprubahan sa Third and Final Reading sa ginhiwat nga 38th Regular Session sang 14th Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Iloilo ang Provincial Ordinance No. 2023-294.

Nahibaluan nga ang Provincial Ordinance No. 2023-294 may tigulo "An Ordinance Enacting the Comprehensive Programs, Services, Privileges, and Benefits for Solo Parents and Their Children in the Province of Iloilo and Appropriating Funds Therefor and for Other Purposes" nga gin-author ni Vice Governor Christine "Tingting" Garin kag gin-co-author ni 5th District Board Member Carol-V Espinosa-Diaz.

Pagakilalahon ang ordinansa sa iya malip-ot nga tigulo nga "Comprehensive Solo Parents Ordinance of the Province of Iloilo".

Ang mga solo parent kag ila mga kabataan nga natumod sa sini nga ordinansa ang iga-rehistro kag isyuhan sang ID nga balido sa isa ka tuig. Sila ang tipunon kag talakayon ang ila benepisyo sa idalom sang RA 8972 kag RA 11861.

Madamo sang benepisyo kag pribelihiyo para sa solo parents kag ila mga kabataan nga dapat nila nga maagom nga ginaduso sang sini nga ordinansa.
