RESOLUTION NGA NAGAHINGYO NGA UNTATON/ILISA ANG NATALANA NGA RICE IMPORTATION, GINDUSO

Gin-aprubahan unanimously sang tanan nga katapo sang 14th Sangguniang Panlalawigan nga nagtambong sa 40th Regular Session ang resolution nga ginduso ni 2nd District Board Member Rolito Cajilig.

Nahibaluan nga ang resolution may tigulo "Resolution Requesting the Department of Agriculture to Stop/Divert the Schedule of Rice Importation During the Harvest Season in the Province of Iloilo for the Year 2023 Onwards".

Kaupod sini nga nag-sponsor sang resolution si 3rd Districr Board Member Matt Palabrica kag gin-updan sang tanan nga katapo sang 14th SP nga nagtambong sa 40th Regular Session.

Ginpahayag sini nga nagtindog siya tungod sa seryoso nga bagay kag madamo sang yamo sa palibot bangud sa importasyon sang bugas sa panahon sang tag-ani.

May ginsal-ot nga bag-o nga Section 10 pagkatapos sang Section 9 sa Rice Tariffication Law ukon RA 11203 nga nag-amendar sa RA 8178. Nasaad sa Section 10, Special Rice Safeguard, nga agud maamligan ang Philippine Rice Industry sa hinali ukon extreme price fluctuation.
