TOP TEN (10) INCENTIVE ORDINANCE OF THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO, APRUBADO NA SANG 14TH SP

Gin-aprubahan sa Third and Final Reading sa ginhiwat nga 38th Regular Session sang 14th Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Iloilo ang Provincial Ordinance No. 2023-295.

Nahibaluan nga ang Provincial Ordinance No. 2023-295 may tigulo "An Ordinance Granting Incentives and Resolution of Commendation to Individuals who Garnered the Top Ten (10) Highest Places in the Board Examination, Bar Examination, and Other National Licensure Examinations" nga gin-author ni Vice Governor Christine "Tingting" Garin.

Pagakilalahon ini sa iya malip-ot nga tigulo nga “Top Ten (10) Incentive Ordinance of the Province of Iloilo”.

Magabaton sang cash incentives ang mga indibidwal nga makasulod sa top ten (10) highest places sa Board Examinations, Bar Examination ukon iban pa nga national licensure examinations.

Para sa Physician Licensure Examination kag Bar Examination, ang Top 1 makabaton sang Php 40,000.00; ang Top 2 - 5 makabaton sang Php 20,000.00 kag Top 6 - 10 makabaton sang Php 15,000.00.

Para sa PRC kag iban pa nga national licensure examinations, ang Top 1 makabaton sang Php 20,000.00; ang Top 2 - 5 makabaton sang Php 15,000.00; kag Top 6 - 10 makabaton sang Php 10,000.00.

Kwalipikado nga makabaton sang mga insentibo ang mga residente sang Probinsya sang Iloilo sang kapin anum ka bulan. Dapat aktibo nga botante sang Probinsya sang Iloilo. Dapat nalakip sa top ten (10) highest places sa Board Examinations sang Professional Regulation Commission, Bar Examination sang Supreme Court, kag iban pa nga national licensure examinations.

Ang insentibo mahimo nga i-claim sa sulod sang tatlo ka bulan umpisa sa pagbalhag sang resulta sang mga pasinawan sang administering agency.

Pagapainan sang One Million Pesos (Php 1,000.000.00) ang inisyal nga implementasyon sang sini nga Ordinansa kag pagakwaon sa badyet sang Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) kag igalakip sa masunod nga Annual Appropriation Ordinance ukon supplemental budget sang Probinsya sang Iloilo.
