Antes nagpadayon ang sesyon, ginpanglawag sang presiding officer nga si Vice Governor Christine "Tingting" Garin ang mga Boy & Girl Officials.

Kabahin ini sang paghiwat sang Linggo ng Kabataan 2023 sa pagpanguna ni PPSK - Iloilo President Ex-Officio Board Member ma. Angelica Bianca Requinto-Espinosa.
